Batch encryption

Hi gang!

Here is our problem...

We have multiple data files that need encryption. The files come from a
mainframe and are sent to a PC based platform.

We need to do some batch processing to the files on the PC. The
passwords would need to be assigned automatically (through a
correspondance file->client->password) and the passwords modified
weekly, manually.

Is there such a software?
