Windows File Sharing

Hi,

I want to ask some question about TCP/UDP ports.

Suppose i've blocked all outgoing traffic to any ports, what port numbers 
do i need to open for making a file sharing connection in a LAN?

My computer just acts as a client that doesn't share any files, but it 
does take a file from others, how can i make it?

What is the function of these ports?
135, 137, 138, 139 & 445
