As I understand it, this can't be done legally. Often the IP address is dynamically assigned, and only the ISP knows who is behind the IP address at any given time. You can be sure that the ISP will only disclose the name on a court order is there any paper / site on hiding traces of an attack. How to discover a real source of an attacker ?
