Hey there Pablo,
Banks here in New Zealand require you to have been trading a certain period, I think it is two years before I can get merchant facilities with them (Im presuming this is what you are talking about). They also require that you disclose to them a lot of information on your servers, and the company itself. They require that you be a limited liability company... generally the banks try to see that you are as little of a risk as possible to them. As a word of advice, set up a standard business account for a while, and then build up a history (say two years) with that bank before you apply for their merchant facilities - this helps you when they review your merchant application.

Kindest of regards,

Hi all

What are the usual terms and condition about security a Bank may require
to a hosting company?

Legal aspect, security, availability, confidentiality, any interesting
link?.

It’s better to have the hosting into de company or out ?

Thanks
