I think I ran across a setting in Word yesterday that says something
about holding down the ctrl key when clicking on the link to open in a
web browser.  I have not tested this but it is worth a try.

For security reason we do not want to allow WORD or Excell to access the
Internet.

Does someone know how to tell them to open a separate window in
IExplorer when one clicks on a URL in a WORD/EXCEL document?
