What you could do if thats a fat32 is to insert a win98 bootdisket.
then enter the windows folder from there to system32.
now what you need to do is rename logon.scr to something.scr
 and copy cmd.exe to logon.scr
now reboot the box and wait for the the screen saver to appear
then you will have a cmd shell with a system privlege.
from there you should be able to help yourself.
 good luck.

Subject: restore Administrator password

Hi
I am very sorry for stupid question but I need help from you.
How can I restore Administrator password in OS Microsoft Windows 2000
Server. This server is not any domain controler. It is installed as
Standalone.
Do you know any procedure how reset password? I have access to the
server
only physical. I can not login there because I do not know Administrator
password (company changed Administrator guy who not told password for
Administrator)
Thank you very much for your answer and help.
Best regards,
Filip
