ftp administration question..

Hello All,

Just had a brief question that hopefully someone can help me with.  Not sure
if this is the list to post it to, but google turned up nothing. =/
What I need basicly is ftp software that I can allow multiple adminstrators
access for different groups, preferably a web based interface.  Heres a
little example incase this sounds totally confusing..

Bob needs to add and remove users for abc.com
Joe needs to add and remove useres for def.com
Tom needs to add and remove users for ghi.com

All on the same server. Anyone got any ideas on some ftp software that will
help me out with this?
