I was just thinking about man-in-the-middle attacking people to circumvent encryption. If you give all the students your SSL key at the start of each year (assuming you have it set to expire annually), then the students won't get harassed about having an SSL key from an unrecognized authority. Then the only trouble would come from SSH-ers and *nix junkies who would realize this and probably blow the whistle. Nevertheless, this would be a more than adequate means of circumventing most forms of public key encryption. Brian Oh yeah, and did I mention that censorship is wrong and bad and evil? =-P -- Brian Kim bmhkim () cynica lly org bmhkim () gmail com 585.455.6464 "As a result of the war, corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed.
