Hi,
 
There are various way to do that:
 
1) Install HIDS like BlackIce or such.  It works fine but consumes computer client resources
2) Install web content filter like squidguard (squid linux ) or websense (websense.com) through a proxy server.  I have 
tried with squid and ISA server both solutions.  It may be to expensive to your problem.  Squid is soltuions
