i think this is a good idea to run daily a script to have information:

@IP  -   Mac adress  - Bios Name of computer

and see if there is a difference

do you have such a script, or tool to do that

Hello. I have a client with a simple Ethernet network with HUB's connecting and there is one person that is changing it's IP and creating conflicts. What would you do to track down that person? i mean, to find who does that?

Write a script that creates a list of ip addresses and their mac addresses and saves it to a file. Run the script daily and then do a diff between the files from day to day to see what changed.
