Hi Louie,

      As far as the back up goes, a master is performed at the
beginning of each month and then every night a differential back up is
performed so that in the event of a restore, we restore the master and
then when we use the differential, it only restores the data that has
changed since the master.

      Basically, the master restores a big chunk of it and the
differential restores what missing from the backup.

      As far as your last point, I am looking for some software at the
moment. Someone reccomended Drive Image - I like the fact that in 7
you can image a disk even when it is in use. But I have seen many
unfavourable reviews about it. I have also looked in to Acronis True
Image which also looks quite promising, but the server license would
be out of my budget.
