There is an article posted on Slashdot.org, regarding this issue. http://yro.slashdot.org/yro/04/09/29/1331234.shtml?tid=158&tid=95&tid=103&tid=17 Now my question is, if this is to be setup in a similar fashion to telephone wiretapping, what is to happen with broadcasted packets sent or received by the tapped connection? Beyond the fact that probably 80%-90% of all internet broadcasts would contain little to no useful data top incriminate someone, this still could be an issue. Say for example, I am connected to the internet through the same broadband ISP as someone that is being "tapped". Now this person is receiving broadcast messages from myself, for DNS items and so on. Will my broadcasts count as communication with this person? This was just a dumb thought I had when reading the posting. Mike
