I'm an IT Auditor and I've seen SekChek, which also didn't impress me. My firm uses QualysGuard by Qualys for our 
security reviews. The company has independent SAS70 reviews of their controls, as well as, 3rd party security tests 
that are done annually. They use several layers of SSL and Blowfish Encryption to protect your data. Just my 2 cents.
