Although it can be stored in other places, it might be stored in
Credential Manager. Go to User Accounts Manager, choose the Advanced
tab, and then Manage Passwords. You can delete the authentication
profiles there.

You can also enable the Do not allow the storage of credentials or .NET
Passwords for network connections under Security Options in group policy
(or local computer policy) to disable the ability.
