Simplest way is to do port redirection (DNAT/SNAT). E.g. from 443/tcp to
2000/tcp on your router/firewall. Take any encrypted port to avoid
detection of beeing connected to your home PC. You will just win time
taking encrypted port ... getting caught later.
I would suggest: read first company computer use policies before doing
anything, what is not worth to be fired. It up to you.
