Trojan horse bypassing any firewall and antivirus SW

Hi all

There are always a lot of discussions how Skype calls can be wiretapped.

I read about a security company which claimed that they have a product ready 
which allows to install a Trojan horse through the Internet to any specific 
PC in a way that no firewall or virus protection SW is able to prevent to.

Then this Trojan horse is able to file every calls and send it to a bureau of 
investigation.

Well if the Trojan horse is installed almost everything is possible but is it 
nowadays really possible to install such a piece of SW to any arbitray PC 
without being blocked by any firewall or deteced by any antivirus SW?
