Question related to WLAN related crime

Hello All,

In Taiwan and some cities in states, there are free wireless LAN available
for everyone to use. To my understanding many of them do not require any
pre-registration.

In that case, is there any statistics showing how many computer crime or
illegal activities go through those network?

Please advise.
