I don't know, $200 is pretty hefty just to have someone show you how to use nmap. I would say if you haven't used or 
don't understand nmap, you could take advantage of this as opposed to a book or just actually using nmap or having 
someone you know show you the ropes.

While I think someone completely new to nmap will benefit the most, I wonder if someone completely new to nmap might 
not know just what nmap does. It won't secure your network or vuln scan your boxes, but it will do reconnaissance and 
port scanning (and some fingerprinting). The feature set is not huge or world-moving and honestly anyone who has 
business running nmap should be able to read the help/man and quickly learn the ropes of the options.
