Just nothing, aside from the fact that MAC addresses could be always being  
spoofed, and WEP is crackeable and moreover in about 10 minutes....

If there's not a chance to set up either WPA or WPA2, try to set up a Radius, 
so that could improve a bit your "security", but, that's not the point, the 
point really is that WEP is going to be always a hole where intruders are 
gonna be able to go trough.
