ISMS plan

Dear All,

I'm a security adminsitrator and I'm entitled with implementing ISMS process recently.  To start with our management 
asked for Security policy and with the help from Internet resources, I made a policy which suits our organization.  The 
policy is approved by the management.  Now I have to come out with a plan for implementation.  

1.  How do I go about Implementation?  Is there a place where can I look for ISMS implementation plan reference?

2.  How do I ascertain which procedures/guidelines are required?
