RE: Fax to Email

I've worked with rightfax and it's a pain in the ass. You end up
spending most of your time fixing issues after performing windows
updates, DID lines are expensive to maintain as your numbers start
growing, and overall it's built not secure enough to claim
confidentiality.

I would recommend this 3rd party solution... Efax. www.efax.com . Pretty
cheap and very secure. They perform many compliance and privacy
standards. Even the government uses efax for their needs.

RightFax is popular at several large enterprises that I've worked in.

I'm looking for recommendations on a secure fax to email solution, does
anyone have any experience?

I am open to hosting the solution myself or use a third party service.
The solution will need to initially service 25 users/lines and may
contain confidential information.

Thanks in advance!

Nicholas
