I've worked with rightfax and it's a pain in the ass. You end up spending most of your time fixing issues after performing windows updates, DID lines are expensive to maintain as your numbers start growing, and overall it's built not secure enough to claim confidentiality. I would recommend this 3rd party solution... Efax. www.efax.com . Pretty cheap and very secure. They perform many compliance and privacy standards. Even the government uses efax for their needs. -----Original Message----- From: listbounce () securityfocus com [mailto:listbounce () securityfocus com] On Behalf Of Holtz,Robert Sent: Thursday, November 15, 2007 7:39 AM To: nfanelli () empire edu; security-basics () securityfocus com Subject: RE: Fax to Email RightFax is popular at several large enterprises that I've worked in. http://www.captaris.com/rightfax/index.html If you are not the intended recipient of this message (including attachments), or if you have received this message in error, immediately notify us and delete it and any attachments. I am open to hosting the solution myself or use a third party service. The solution will need to initially service 25 users/lines and may contain confidential information. Thanks in advance!
