It looks like there are a lot of good and not so good ideas being thrown about but everyones hands are a little tied because they have no scope to the problem. -How big is the company? -How big is HR? -Is there physical security in place? -Are there any security policies, relevant company policies or technologies in place? (password policy, PKI, no external drives allowed) -Do the bosses want a free solution? That being said; unless someone is logging and/or watching any solution you have will only require someone be able to break in. Anon
