MBSA would work well. So would Nessus for Windows (Nessus would give more advanced options as well).

Hi,

I am searching for a vulnerability scanner for windows based system. There are various network vulnerability scanners
out there but i am looking for a tool which searches for vulnerabilities in Account policies, Missing Patches,
Mis-configurations Account vulnerabilities, Trojans / Spywares, Registry settings and System services and presents them
in form of a report.

Something close to this would do aswell??

any suggestions?

Thanks
