OS or /node:SYSTEMNAME OS

Look at CSDVersion.  

You could also use something as easy as Scriptomatic to build the WMI query
in multiple different languages.

How do I Identify the SP level of the Win OS from command prompt.

SystemInfo works.  Gives you a lot more than you asked for though if you
ONLY need the SP level.
