I have to say "poor Child" - grow up

I see you as the type that cry's Foul over asp. Net config Files reaching 15kb and then adding a 100kb gif image. The
inclusion of a 1kb will do little to Impact net traffic.

If you do not want to waste time do not Read it!

As for your idea to what makes a true professional, the nature of your email makes it clear that you miscomprehend this
altogether. Maybe you may eventually learn that you can not trust staff to always do what is right- afterall this is a
security list.

Being professional entails protecting the rights of others as well -this entails governance. Your "disclaimer" accepts
all responsibility -even when it is not warrented. This act in a firm places others at risk -Something which IS
categorically unprofessional.

Regards,
Craig

That 500 word disclaimer used by BDO Kendalls a ridiculous waste of band width!

If they don’t want to take responsibility for their staff, they should not be in business. If they don’t want to
install software to scan their email attachments before sending, they should not be in business.

This is the “disclaimer” I use:

“I take full responsibility for all the facts, interpretations and any other information contained in the above email.
To the best of my knowledge and belief, you can rely upon this information. If you have received this message in
error, please have the courtesy to inform me and then delete it from your computer. Thank you.”

True professionals take responsibility for all their communications and don’t waste their clients time by attaching
lengthy and ridiculous disclaimers to all their emails!
