That's right.  The right tool with a certified investigator or law
enforcement officer collecting the evidence... I believe that the process of
handling the evidence might varies from different country.

  As I understand it, EnCase has sold well in that market, and evidence
collected by an EnCase-certified investigator using this tool is unlikely
to be challenged *on technical grounds* in court.
