This IS after all, about child porn, and the obstruction of justice. The guy was already caught, and the authorities 
already did their job. Now, they certainly made a mistake (one of the most elementary one in all of forensics). At this 
point, the defendant is just making things more difficult for themselves. It's not like they're searching for 
additional evidence. They've already seen it. This isn't a case of nosing around looking for something that may or may 
not exist...
