Project documentation

Hi All,

I was just wondering about how the documentation for my new project should look like I got I week one and I think there 
is something better the project contain 24 server( exchange,AD,SQL,BlackBerry,SCOM,SCCM,AAA server,share point 
portal,HW firewalls,...... And so on I need a list of the documentation component to send it to the vendor
