RE: Kaspersky update issue

This happens upgrading from what version to what version?  Is it a general slowdown of everything on the computer, or 
only specific software, or only when a specific process in running (such as outlook poling the mail server for mail)?  
We had mega problems going from KAV 5 to KAV 6 on XP with outlook.  With machines that run Vista, KAV 6 works great 
with outlook for us.  Are there any such consistencies between your clients issues?
