By "scanning" ipsec tunnels what do you mean by that? Scanning for
vulnerabilities? testing to make sure a tunnel can in fact be created?

I was trying to set ipsec on a linux system in a VPS but what a
headache that turned out to be! Was going to rebuild the kernel
because the kernel needs to be ipsec capable and that means the host
has to be patched. Which is something I cannot do and now that means I
need a dedicated host to do this. bleh...
