Alicia, it would be helpful if you knew the scope of the audit that is coming. I would ask for this along with a sense 
from them how deeply they will look. Sometimes they may only look at if you have a process in place, other times how it 
works.

Understanding this may help you better focus on what you may need in terms of tools, etc.
