Easy vulnerabilities

Hi all I have read nearly all Stephen Bradshaws exploitation tutorials on InfoSec Institute plus most of the exploit tutorials from Corelan. They are getting difficult but I managed up to and including SEH exploitation. I really liked the Corelan tutorials since they focus on actual real world software AND has a download link for the vulnerable version. Now I am looking for something to practice on before moving onto the more difficult tutorials. Is there a database of known vulnerable software packages that I can download and work on ? Maybe with some hints if I get stuck ?
