cloud based switches

hello everyone,
does anyone know of any security concerns for Meraki Cloud Based Switches (www.meraki.com).  my company is evaluating 
them and they seem rock solid, however, i'd like to hear everyones feedback.  we are looking to replace our adtran 
netadvanta 1234 switches with these.
