the new sendmail BUG history

I'm the fool who forwarded James Bonfield's note on the -d thing
to Eric Allman. James didn'd say anything about V8, so I tried it
on the brand new 8.6.6, and oh disaster, it broke...

So I reported it right away to Eric.

I then talked to people who have been longer than me at INRIA,
and I learned that this bug was originally found by R. Ehrlich
when the Morris worm stroke! F. Dupont then ask P. Pomes
to correct it in the IDA version.

This goes back to 1988... quiet an old bug!
