The colorview bug was pointed out before (comp.sys.sgi maybe?), but
this one really -does- appear to be fixed in 5.3.  I just checked the
5.3 CDROM I have and the .idb file for inst lists it as mode 0755.
That's also how it installed on 2 of my Indys.
