Folks,

I said here yesterday that we had fixes ready for the gethostbyname()
security bug but that they were help up by packaging issues. We've
resolved the packaging issues and the patches have entered the release
process.

It takes at least 24 hours for the patches to propagate to the various
Sun repositories worldwide.

I'll send out an official Sun Security Bulletin with patch numbers and
checksums as soon as everything is available.
