I contacted Microsoft/Hotmail asking them to close the account
of that was listed in the backdoored tcp wrapper source code.
I also forwarded the offending code.

The word back from them is that they will not close it.  Theft
of passwords and hacking does not violate thier terms of
service.

Funny, their policy must have changed.  They promptly replied when
I sent them an email to have the kitandjp@hotmail account closed
due to the password gathering nature of the account when I reported
the sshd exploit trojan...

then there is a lot of garbage about hotmail and how they won't ask for
passwords, spam, etc.
