Having worked with Integrity for many years, I can say that your best bet are newer 'old' avionics (aka prolly not on ebay), automotive systems (prolly on ebay) and newer medical equipment (no idea). The other thing to note is that Integrity is one of the few RTOSs that was certified by NSA, and it's fundamental build system generates heavily isolated/segmented images. Best bet is to find a device that has network interface since those services (ftp, Web, telnet, etc) are provided out-of-the-box and not typically certified. Also, besides very basic inter process comm, most services run in isolated user space processes. Have fun!
