VA: Lynchburg employees personal information accidentally posted on the internet

The personal information of 12-hundred Lynchburg city employees and retirees 
was accidentally posted on the city's website among that information employee's 
prescription medications.

According to the city's Human Resources Director, the information was put 
online May 2, but it wasn't until two weeks later on June 4 that the mistake 
was discovered and was immediately removed.
