A man participating in an auction at the dealership at 3200 28th St. on Friday called police after he found the green recycling bins piled with folders that each had names on them, said Boulder police spokeswoman Sarah Huntley. All of the folders contained social security numbers, driver's license information, photos, phone numbers and financial information for Kia customers, Huntley said.
