Steven K. Gilmore, 28, of Nashville was indicted Wednesday on six counts of identity theft, two counts of aggravated identity theft and two counts of access device fraud. The U.S. Attorney.s Office in Nashville says Gilmore trafficked the sensitive information in three separate transactions that were recorded by law enforcement officials. Gilmore worked for Colorado-based Policy Studies Inc., a private company that contracts with the Tennessee Department of Human Services to provide child support services for Davidson County.
