`A Sand Springs woman has been indicted on allegations that she used
personal identifying information she copied from her then-employer's
computer system as part of a scheme involving fraudulent credit cards
and stolen mail.

The indictment, released Wednesday in federal court in Tulsa, says
Betty R. Warden, 45, exceeded her computer-access authority at St.
Francis Hospital to obtain information such as Social Security numbers
and dates of birth of at least 60 people.
