http://www.pasadenastarnews.com/ci_16230760 A husband and wife from South Pasadena have been arrested on suspicion of breaking into a travel agency where the woman formerly worked and stealing computers and people's personal information, authorities said Friday. Maureen Hizon, 35, is also being investigated on suspicion of embezzling about $100,000 from the Has-Camino Travel Agency, where she had worked since 2002, South Pasadena police officials said. Her husband, Shannon Powers, 35, was additionally booked on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine for sale, after police found a small amount of the drug, which appeared to be packaged, along with a scale in his car, Detective Mike Palmieri said. Both were arrested Tuesday at their home in the 200 block of Monterey Road, police said in a statement. According to Palmieri, detectives linked Hizon and Powers to a break-in at the travel agency that occurred between Aug. 27 and Aug. 30. Property stolen in the burglary was found in their home when they were arrested, he said. Hizon was released from jail Friday after posting $20,000 bail, according to sheriff's booking records. Powell was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
