Sharon Chappell, 40, and Chasity Pitts, 34, were charged with allegedly selling the names, Social Security numbers and birth dates of prison inmates to Jackie Young Elvine, 37, who allegedly used the fraudulent income taxes to receive refunds, Lt. Robert Rodgers told Macon.com.
