good article....it is encouraging to see a commitment to information assurance at the executive level. I was impressed 
with his desire to learn more and encourage his counterparts, but more importantly his willingness to provide 
additional resources  to champion the effort should encourage CIO's and the like that there is (occasionally) room for 
us at the budget table.
