I'd also like to point out the work being done by the SALSA-NetAuth working
group. The working group website is available at:

We are actively investigating solutions such as this and have recently
posted a draft whitepaper available at the url below. We are happy to
have additional participation and would encourge interested individuals
to sign up for the netauth mailing list. Instruction for signing up are
avaialble at the working group web page.
