We have been using it for almost a year now and loved it at first.  At
one point for no reason it started rejecting emails from hundreds of
valid senders from all over.  We had to turn off Intent Analysis to get
it to stop rejecting email.  Tech support was no help at all and it is
still broken.  Without Intent analysis it does a fairly poor job of
catching SPAM.  I love the box but dislike the tech support.
