I'm in the process of researching IP based security surveillance systems. Does anyone have any recommendations? Also, what has been your experience?
We're using Axis 206 cameras in conjunction with the open source ZoneMinder surveillance software running on a Linux box. The cameras' quality is good for the price and is more than adequate for our needs. We use ZoneMinder in the motion detection modes and it works well, though it requires some tweaking. http://www.axis.com/ http://www.zoneminder.com/ -- Steve Werby Office of Information Technology VCU School of Dentistry 804-827-1585 smwerby () vcu edu
