Mobile Computing Management

Hello All,

   I'm seeking information from other institutions about how you manage
laptops and remote users.  Specifically:

-Do you have users authenticate against your domain while off campus, or do
they log in to their machines locally?
-How do you deal with patch management?
-How do you deal with physical security and data security?
-What methods do faculty and staff use to access their on campus data
remotely?
-How do you deal with the dangers of off campus unsecured wireless networks?
