Dear Security Discussion Group Participants,

You are cordially invited to attend the Security Discussion Group
meeting during EDUCAUSE 2006 in Dallas, Texas. (This session is also
referred to as the EDUCAUSE/Internet2 Computer & Network Security Task
Force Open Meeting in the program.) The meeting will take place on 
Wednesday, October 11, 12:45 - 2:15 p.m., in Room D225/226.

Attendees are encouraged to bring questions and suggestions regarding
efforts to improve IT security in higher education. By attending this
session, you will learn more about the initiatives of the Task Force, 
including results of the recent ECAR IT Security Study and Computer 
Incident Factor Analysis and Categorization (CIFAC) Project. Volunteer
opportunities will also be described.
